General Machinery Installation

Stamping Press Installation & Service
Stamping Presses are included in heavy stuff we specialize in! Working for many of the OEM press manufacturers or the end user. We keep up to date with the most current equipment and tools to accommodate the installation process. We are happy to perform the mechanical rigging and installation, or we can coordinate and handle the complete installation including utilities and support services. D & D does not stop there; we want to be your go-to for maintenance and support of the press operation for the life of the machine.
Injection Molding Machine Installation & Support
Injection Molding Equipment usually involves the big tools and experts in the rigging and millwrights services to get you up and running; this is what our team does. Having a relationship with the majority of all the popular Injection Molding manufacturers is always a big help. We work with your engineers and the OEM to make sure we have your machine installed and on spec and schedule as needed. We have the equipment to handle the large presses as well as the small ones. For your projects that require the most precision possible, let us introduce you to our Faro Tracker System. We can provide current measurements and provide documentation of all the readings. This allows for continual monitoring of problems or maintenance issues. We can make the adjustments or provide regularly scheduled maintenance support. Just need it leveled? We have the best in the market optical levels or machine precision bubble levels. Whether it is a line of machined rollers to keep in parallel, or the fixed-point base of that critical machine.
